 HARTRAO  (Hh/c): Missed scans from UT 113-0005 up to UT 113-0030 
                  due to dec encoder jump.

 NYALES20 (Ny/N): Problems with OCU stopped after reset of el alarm 
                  from UT 112-2047 to UT 112-2107.
                  EL1 motor control fault while unattended, probably 
                  from 02:30 or 03:00.
                  Occasional pointing error/offsource from 02:30 to 
                  04:05 and later throughout the whole session
                  BBC06 unlocked: channel XR6U removed from fringe
                  fitting.

 ONSALA60 (On/X): Ok.

 SESHAN25 (Sh/C): Pcal amplitude too low: forced into manual pcal,
                  although pcal phase was ok.

 TIGOCONC (Tc/Q): Some sources were lost due to a bad 8-pack 
                  (MPI-0068).

 TSUKUB32 (Ts/T): Tsukuba did NOT observe from UT 112-1821 to 
                  UT 112-1936(source:0716+714) because station 
                  participated in i13112 during this period.

 WETTZELL (Wz/V): Ok.

 YEBES40M (Ys/Y): Low amplitude in SR4U. Channel flagged due
                  to huge amount of G-codes.
                  No FS log file available from cddis (or mirror 
                  sites).
